Crisis Connections (Regional Crisis Line): Call 206-461-3222 or 866-427-4747. This is the primary entry point for King County residents to access emergency mental health services, including mobile crisis teams.
Mobile Rapid Response Crisis Team (MRRCT): Dispatched through 988 or the Regional Crisis Line, these mobile units of professionals and peers respond in-person to de-escalate crises throughout Seattle.
Seattle CARE Team: Dispatched exclusively through 9-1-1, these behavioral health professionals respond to low-acuity crisis calls to provide support and divert individuals from jails or emergency rooms.
Specialized Youth & Family Resources
Teen Link: Call or text 866-833-6546 (6 PM – 10 PM daily) to talk with trained youth peers.
Seattle Children's Psychiatric Urgent Care
Provides same-day in-person or video visits for urgent behavioral health concerns for children and teens (ages 4–17).
The Trevor Project: Call 866-488-7386 or text 678-678 for 24/7 LGBTQ+ youth crisis support.
Peer Support & Navigation
Washington Warm Line: Call 877-500-9276 for confidential peer support from volunteers with lived experience of mental health challenges.
King County 211: Call 2-1-1 or text your zip code to 898211 (M-F, 9 AM – 5 PM) for help navigating health and human services, including housing and food.
NAMI Seattle: Offers a helpline for non-emergency referrals and information at 425-298-5315 (returns messages within one week).
